Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. General Terms

    QVC Gift Cards are distributed by CashStar, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("CashStar"). By visiting https://qvc.cashstar.com, you agree that the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Gift Card terms and conditions ("Ts & Cs"). CashStar reserves the right to change these Ts & Cs from time to time in its discretion. QVC Gift Cards are issued by QVC.
  2. Gift Cards

    QVC Gift Cards are redeemable with QVC for food and merchandise by phone at 888-345-5788, via the web at www.QVC.com, or via QVC mobile applications.
    QVC Gift Cards are available for purchase here.
    No fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of QVC Gift Cards in connection with the purchase or redemption of the QVC Gift Cards.
  3. QVC General Terms and Conditions of Use; Redemption

    Refer to http://www.qvc.com/ for Terms and Conditions concerning the use of QVC Services (as defined therein). Terms and conditions concerning the redemption of QVC Gift Cards can be found in Section 7 below.
  4. View Your Balance

    Once a QVC Gift Card is used, the remaining balance (if any) is transferred to your QVC membership account. The card will retain no value after the initial purchase. To check membership credits, please contact QVC Customer Service.
  5. Returns

    You may not return or cancel your QVC Gift Card after it is received. Purchasers who wish to cancel a QVC Gift Card prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact CashStar Customer Support.
  6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

    If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your QVC Gift Card, contact CashStar Customer Support immediately. QVC Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase. QVC Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
  7. Limitations

    You may not use a QVC Gift Card to purchase other QVC Gift Cards. QVC Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused QVC Gift Cards may not be transferred. This card may not be used as payment on QCard ® account. This QVC Gift Card may not be redeemed at any QVC retail location. QVC Gift Cards can only be redeemed using standard checkout on QVC.com, through QVC mobile applications, or through a QVC Order Entry Representative. QVC Gift Cards cannot be redeemed using Speed Buy® functionality. This QVC Gift Card carries no expiration date. After initial use, the remaining balance will be applied to the user’s account as a QVC credit.
  8. Our Policies

    Sale of QVC Gift Cards are subject to CashStar's Privacy Policy. CashStar and QVC may provide QVC Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of QVC Gift Cards.
  9. Risk of Loss

    Ownership and risk of loss of QVC Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen QVC Gift Cards. If you have any questions, please see the FAQs.
  10. QVC Gift Card Customer Service

    If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your QVC Gift Card, please contact CashStar anytime at QVCgiftcardsupport@cashstar.com or call 866-256-4212 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, seven days a week. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.
  11. Payment Methods

    QVC Gift Cards may be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
  12. Delivery Information and Requirements for Gift Card Purchasers

    All orders of QVC Gift Cards are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided on the web site with information about the purchaser provided by the purchaser's financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your QVC Gift Card order may be delayed until it can be corrected.
    If you have concerns about your order, please contact CashStar Customer Support. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.
    We are not responsible for QVC Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate physical address or email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Support if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her Gift Card.
  13. Reasons for Failed Delivery of QVC eGift Cards

    QVC eGift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the QVC eGift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
    1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
    2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email
    3. Email inbox is over size limit
    4. Invalid email address
    If a spam filter is blocking QVC Gift Cards emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that QVC Gift Cards emails are not considered spam.

  14. Personalized Messaging

    If you wish to add a personal message to a QVC Gift Card, simply type your message in the Message field during the purchase process.
    Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the QVC eGift Card, or to the space provided on the presentation carrier of a plastic QVC Gift Card.
    There is no additional charge to include a personalized message.
    If we find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them. Thanks for your cooperation.
  15. Uploaded Images

    You may upload your own image for display on a QVC eGift Card. This feature is not available for plastic QVC Gift Cards at this time.
    There is no additional charge to include your own image.
    We reserve the right to replace inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable images.
    We reserve the right to replace images that infringe upon trademark or copyright law.

  16. Limitation of Liability

    CASHSTAR AND ITS AFFILIATES AND QVC MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO QVC GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
  17. Disputes

    You hereby consent that any dispute relating in any way to QVC Gift Cards shall be adjudicated in Cumberland County, Maine if the aggregate total claim for relief exceeds $7,500, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
